Employees should stay at home or alter their schedules when:

Separate from other employees and go home immediately.
Symptoms of acute respiratory illness
A fever of 100.4° or greater using an oral thermometer and any other symptoms for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medicines (e.g. cough suppressants).
Ask for flexible hours to avoid contact with other people.
Ask for a back up to cover their work when needed.

A-1 Office staff:
Ensure each workstation at the office has a box of tissues.
Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the office 3x per day.
After completion of your shift disinfect the following:
Workstation surfaces
Phone handsets and bases
Stapler, Keyboard and mouse
File cabinet handles, arm rest of chair
Countertops
Doorknobs
A-1 Company vehicles and Equipment:
Inspect vehicles prior to using to ensure there is adequate disposable wipes and disposable gloves as well as at least one trash bag.
Vehicles will be thoroughly disinfected after each use.
Employees are to wipe all touch points to include:
Steering wheel, Gear shift, Door handles
Compartments or any other touch points
Equipment handles, cords and other touch points should be wiped.
Traveling employees who become sick while traveling or on temporary assignment should notify their supervisor.
Dispose of the gloves, wipes and trash into the trash bag provided. Tie bag and put into the garbage bin in the garage at the office upon returning.
A1 Job Sites:

Fixtures, drinking fountain handles, faucets
Disinfecting in Public and common areas to include:
Tables, counters
Chair arms, benches
Personal work areas are not to be touched unless specifically instructed to do so.
